As a full stack developer, you can resolve a problem with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast, agile environment. If you’re looking for the chance to not just develop sof tware, but to create a system that will make a difference, we need you on our team. We’re looking for an experienced developer like you with the skills needed to develop sof tware and systems from vision to production-ready.

This role is more than just coding. As a senior full stack developer at Booz Allen, you’ll use your passion to master new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. You’ll help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You’ll make sure the solution developed by the team considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.

You ll use engineering best practices to manage and evolve a highly impactful big data graph platform. You ll develop features for e nga ged users, contribute to architectural decisions to future proof the system, and use a variety of modern big-data technologies such as Cassandra, Kafka, and Janus Graph on top of a modern AWS cloud-based Kubernetes platform.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing sof tware programming applications using agile met hods
• 5+ years of experience in sof tware development with programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks
• 3+ years of experience with Java or Python
• Experience designing and implementing APIs with sound design patterns for large volumes of data
• Experience with Agile met hodology, extreme programming, sof tware engineering, product management, and sof tware products
• Experience writing source code for new applications or generating and enhancing code samples for existing applications
• Experience creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative, cross-functional team
• Experience managing large databases or a data warehouse
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of experience in sof tware engineering in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with AWS
• Experience with large database clusters or large Postgre
  
  SQL databases
• Experience using back-end and front-end languages together to develop complete solutions
• Experience with front-end development using React
• Experience with Sec Dev Ops , Jenkins, or CI / CD
• Experience with Cassandra or Janus Graph
• Ability to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance
• Ability to display a passion for optimizing system performance
