• 10+ years of professional experience including 5-7 years in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of complex software applications.
• Responsible for architecting and implementing high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions that meet mission and business requirements.
• Java, Java EE/SE, JAXB, JSP, JSF, React, Hibernate, Web Services, HTML, Spring, Spring Boot, RESTful web services, Linux/Sun/Solaris, Drools Developer, BRMS/Drools, Business Rules Engine (BRE- utilizing REDHAT Drools)

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study (preferred)

• U.S. citizenship is required
