** We are seeking a high-performing, curious, and motivated Junior Software Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for an early-career engineer with strong software development fundamentals, a passion for learning, and an interest in solving complex business problems in a large-scale enterprise environment.

While prior People Soft experience is not required, successful candidates should demonstrate strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn enterprise application development platforms and business systems. We will provide training, mentorship, and hands-on experience to help you grow into the role.

What You'll Do
· Design, develop, test, and support enterprise software solutions
· Learn and leverage delivered capability as much as possible
· Work with senior developers and business stakeholders to implement enhancements and solve technical problems
· Learn and develop within the People Soft ecosystem, including integrations, workflows, and custom applications
· Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and continuous improvement efforts
· Develop integrations and interfaces between enterprise systems and modern applications/services
· Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
· Contribute to technical documentation and development standards
· Continuously learn new technologies, tools, and development practices
**** Required Qualifications
**** TS/SCI with Polygraph
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
· Strong foundation in software development principles and programming concepts
· Experience with one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or similar***
* · Understanding of:o Object-oriented programmingo APIs and system integration so Relational databases and SQLo Source control systems such as Gito Software development lifecycle and debugging techniques
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn new technologies
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with Enterprise Software Applications (Workday, Service Now, Salesforce)
· Internship, co-op, academic, or personal project experience in software development
· Exposure to enterprise systems or ERP platforms
· Familiarity with cloud platforms, web services, or integration technologies
· Experience working in Agile or collaborative development environments
· Exposure to People Soft, Oracle technologies, or enterprise application support is a plus, but not required
