Program:
Fish Tools program within the Ground Mission Management Software (GMM) team. The program develops and maintains a Collection Planning and Mission Management system used by the Intelligence community to schedule, analyze, and monitor space imaging platforms. The program has advanced both sustainment and new development efforts, including enterprise-wide solutions and integration of new technologies.
- Analyze high‑level customer requirements and derive lower‑level functional requirements.
- Develop software, including detailed design, coding, and testing of customer‑desired features and user stories.
- Brief software designs and demonstrate release functionality to users.
- Develop and sustain new and existing applications; troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
- Contribute to the creation of new distributed components and interactions aligned with the future system architecture.
- Support a multi‑tiered cloud‑based system with several consumer‑facing web applications; after‑hours support may be required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field.
- Active Top‑Secret U.S. Security Clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.
- Willingness to sit for a CI polygraph after the start date.
- 5+ years of experience designing and developing software for complex systems (distributed, multi‑threaded, multi‑process).
- 3+ years of Java programming experience.
- 1+ year of experience in object‑oriented programming.
- Experience with distributed version control systems such as Git or IBM Rational Team Concert.
- Level 4 experience: 9 or more years related work experience or equivalent education.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, jQuery, Open Layers, Spring, Hibernate.
- Knowledge of RDBMS, Mongo
DB, XML, SOAP, REST, WSDL/Web Services. - Experience using dependency managers (Ivy, Maven, Gradle).
- Experience developing and maintaining SOAP, RMI, REST APIs and interfaces.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and automation servers (Jenkins).
- Knowledge of the GEOINT domain.
- Familiarity with test‑driven development (TDD), agile practices, continuous integration, and dependency management.
- Agile or SAFe practices experience (stand‑ups, user stories, sprints, release planning).
- Security certifications such as Security+ or CISSP.
- Occasional travel may be required (less than 10%).

- Pay ranges:
Experienced $126,650 – $182,850;
Senior $160,650 – $232,600.
