Software Developer - TS​/SCI Polygraph

Position Overview

Software Developer – Architect, Design, and Build a new web application to replace an existing COTS product for managing facilities projects, supporting government activities at Chantilly, VA.

Chantilly, VA (On Customer Site). 40 hours per week,
Travel
Less than 10%.
Telecommuting available onsite only.

• Architect, design, and develop a high‑visibility web application to manage facilities projects.
• Collaborate with a small, energetic team to deliver complex IT solutions and outstanding customer service.
• Build and maintain REST web services using Spring/Spring Boot and Java (or equivalent .NET/C#).
• Implement front‑end interfaces using JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue, along with Bootstrap or Material
  
  UI.
• Design and maintain relational database schemas in Postgre
  
  SQL or MySQL.
• Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes.
• Deploy and manage web applications in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Apply Agile development practices throughout the project lifecycle.

• 5+ years of related experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and web services.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, Vue) and modern front‑end libraries.
• Knowledge of relational databases (Postgre
  
  SQL, MySQL) and database migration tools such as Flyway or Liquibase.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• U.S. citizenship required.

• Integration with enterprise IT services and customer systems.
• SQL and CSS development.
• AWS certification.
• Experience with Spring
  
  JPA and Spring Security.

Top Secret SCI with Polygraph (current). Ability to obtain the same clearance required.
