The role of Senior IT Development Lead is part of K ’s Mission Technology Solutions division and focuses on delivering modern, secure, and scalable enterprise applications.

• Lead cross‑functional development teams in the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications.
• Serve as the technical architect for applications, defining integration strategies and ensuring alignment with architectural standards and best practices.
• Oversee the full software development life cycle: coding, testing, debugging, deployment, and production support.
• Manage project priorities, timelines, and resources to meet business objectives and IT strategy.
• Drive adoption of Agile, Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure‑as‑code practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver effective technology solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend system enhancements, modernization initiatives, and new technologies.
• Ensure application availability, reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex production incidents and system issues.
• Document architecture, technical specifications, solution designs, and development standards.
• Coordinate global and vendor development efforts to ensure successful project execution.
• Mentor and develop developers, fostering knowledge sharing and professional growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of software development experience focused on the Microsoft technology stack.
• Proven experience leading development teams and delivering enterprise‑scale applications.
• Strong experience with C#, .NET Framework, .NET 6/8+, and modern web application development.
• Experience with ASP.NET, Web Forms, MVC, and RESTful APIs.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure or alternative cloud platforms.
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops, Git, and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Experience in Agile and Scrum environments; support for production systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration across cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities, and deliver on time.

• Experience with Blazor and modern UI frameworks.
• Infrastructure automation using ARM templates or Terraform.
• Knowledge of microservices architectures, containerization, and Dev Sec Ops  practices.
