Dev Ops Engineer – Chantilly, VA

ICR is posting and accepting applications for the Dev Ops Engineer role on an ongoing basis. Candidates will join a team focused on designing and implementing CI/CD processes, maintaining container infrastructure, and enhancing software products to meet customer and operational requirements.

• Design and implement CI/CD processes.
• Configure and maintain container infrastructure.
• Understand customer/operational requirements and implement new functionality into software products.
• Document and communicate highly technical concepts effectively to technical and non‑technical audiences.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of experience.
• Active Top Secret Security Clearance with full scope polygraph or full scope eligible.
• Experience with software development lifecycle and associated tools.
• Proficient in Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with the CI/CD pipeline.
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Good organization, decision‑making, and verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of self‑initiative and self‑motivation with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Ability to work effectively in small team settings.

• Experience with Apache Storm, Rancher, or Nexus.
• Experience with distributed software version control systems and continuous integration (Git, Git Lab CI, Jenkins).
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch, Redis, or MongoDB.
• Development experience with Python and Angular.
• Experience with data science and/or machine learning.

$90,000 – $236,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
