TTG Solutions is seeking an experienced Test Engineer with a proven track record in designing and developing automated test scripts. The role requires a professional who can quickly integrate with our team and contribute to high-quality software testing solutions.

The Test Engineer will design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts. They will work closely with development and QA teams to ensure robust testing procedures, execute automated test scripts, identify and report defects, and collaborate on continuous improvement of testing strategies.

Expert – generally requires eleven (11) years of experience specific to the skill and relevant training or certifications.

• 11 years – 15 years 11 months of experience.
• Experience in designing and developing automated test scripts.
• Proficiency with Selenium.
• Proficiency with Playwright.

This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

• Base Salary: $180,000 – $218,000 (base salary $218,000)
• PTO: 30 days annual PTO, including holidays
• Retirement: 15% company retirement contribution, vesting 50% per year over 2 years
• Paid Benefits: Company pays all insurance expenses up to 8% of base pay; if expenses are less, the difference is reimbursed
• Annual Bonuses: 3% to 5% of base salary
• Cell Phone Stipend: $100 monthly phone expense reimbursement
• Training Budget: 3 paid training days + $2,500 training budget
• New Hire Bonus: $5,000
• Total Compensation: Up to $300,500 (base salary + benefits + retirement + bonus + training budget + phone stipend)
