Active TS/SCI w/Polygraph The Opportunity We are seeking a Full Stack Developer who is passionate about working as part of a modern, fast-paced agile software development team supporting a Service Now implementation. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing a diverse environment to drive innovation and efficiency. This position requires expertise in both front-end and back-end development, emphasizing the creation of seamless, scalable, and robust solutions.
The successful applicant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain deliverables that meet the evolving needs of the organization. As part of a scrum team, candidates will contribute to feature design and development, automation, testing, and deployments. Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, integrate, deploy, and maintain product baselines utilizing Agile, Dev Ops, and Continuous Delivery best practices.
• Leverage broad knowledge across various technologies to deliver and maintain product increments across different security domains.
• Collaborate closely with development and engineering teammates, as well as stakeholders, to deploy solutions and advanced concepts.
• Ensure integration between core technologies to enable seamless data flow, scalability, and functionality.
• Support technical meetings with customers and stakeholders, proposing designs and negotiating acceptance criteria.
• Create documentation to support the Agile life cycle, including design, architecture, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Perform troubleshooting efforts and resolve incidents as needed.
Required Qualifications
• An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, electrical engineering, information technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of relevant experience (or seven or more years without a related degree).
• Experience working with Linux Operating Systems.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Proficiency in back-end technologies including Node.js, Python, Java, or similar languages.
• Strong understanding of SQL and No
SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with configuration management processes such as Git.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services and containerization technologies like Kubernetes and Docker.
• Current Security+, CASP, or CISSP Certification.
• Experience developing analysis of alternatives, process improvement documents, design documentation, and presentations to brief results and recommendations.
• Experience coordinating integration projects with multiple teams.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to start, develop, and complete both short-term and long-term projects.
• Demonstrated accuracy and thoroughness in review, analysis, design, and recommendations for project improvements. Desired Qualifications
• Experience with Service Now development and administration, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, CMDB, and CI Discovery.
• Ability to utilize scripting languages to accelerate deployments.
• Experience deploying, maintaining, and optimizing PostgreSQL databases.
• Experience with identity management, access, and authorization solutions such as PKI, LDAP, and SAML.
• Experience working with REST APIs, microservices, containers, and other architectural styles.
• Experience with Continuous Delivery, Infrastructure as Code, and Behavior or Test Driven Development.
• Demonstrated experience with agile development practices, including Agile Scrum methodology.
• Knowledge of Intelligence Community (IC) processes, policies, and guidance.
• Understanding of network technologies.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices.
