Up to $215,000 per year Position Level: Level 1 – Subject Matter Expert
TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph required

• Train and deploy machine learning models for a variety of functions including automated webscraping, self‑healing scrapes, visual object detection, and terms‑of‑service analysis.
• Develop AI‑based systems with multiple inputs, models, and human‑review processes, including ETL pipelines and database integration.
• Support operational teams with break‑fix work, software updates, and system maintenance.
• Conduct independent technical research on AI/ML technologies and emerging trends.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI solutions aligned with architectural frameworks.
• Design and implement secure, scalable, and efficient AI applications, integrating pre‑trained models and ensuring robust performance metrics.
• Apply expertise in natural language processing, predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and hypothesis testing to derive actionable insights.

• Experience:
  
  0–2 years (Developmental), 3–5 years (Full Performance), 6–10 years (Senior), 11–15 years (Expert), 16+ years (SME).
• Demonstrated ability to automate customer workflows with AI solutions.
• In‑depth experience with data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and Tensor Flow.
• Strong mathematical and computer science background with expertise in probability, statistics, and algorithms.
• Programming experience in Python, Java, C++, and related environments.
• Experience training AI models and integrating pre‑trained models into dataflows.
• Optional: secure AI solution implementation within the Intelligence Community, handling highly sensitive datasets, leading AI/ML initiatives, ETL pipeline design, AWS deployment, strong problem‑solving skills, and collaborative team effectiveness.

• Outstanding salary up to $215,000.
