Warehouse​/Shipping​/Delivery Specialist

Clark’s Litho, a commercial printer, seeks a
Warehouse/Shipping/Local Delivery Associate
for our Chantilly, VA location. Selected candidate should have previous warehouse experience, preferably in a print shop environment, but not required.

• Help oversee and manage warehouse operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Collaborate with management to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products
• Ability to prep and securely package all shipments
• Utilize UPS, Fed Ex systems and work with Freight Vendors for domestic and international shipments
• Ensure efficient utilization of warehouse space
• Create delivery labels/tickets and make local deliveries and pickups around the DMV, valid Driver’s License required

• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations
• Proficient in using shipping software – UPS, Fed Ex, File Maker Pro
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal management, suppliers and vendors
• Flexibility for working in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and managing priorities
• Experience with warehouse equipment

• Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred)
• Shipping & receiving: 1 year (Preferred)
