Market Manager

This is a remote role within the state of Kansas. The Market Manager is the primary contact for all customer accounts in his/her territory, acting as a liaison between customers and the company. This position ensures quality and consistency of service and/or product delivery. The position maintains contact and develops strong relationships with current and prospective clients, generates sales proposals, and service and manages existing accounts.

To succeed in this position, you will need: a 4 year degree in marketing, business, management, or related field is required; minimum of 5 years experience working in sales, operations, or technical service in the construction field or related roles; proficient with computers, especially Microsoft software products; ability to drive committed and effective incident management; ability to explore and understand customers' requirements to ensure a high level of responsive service;

ability to analyze facts and to exercise sound judgment in arriving at a conclusion; proficient in English written, verbal communication, and listening skills; ability to cultivate and maintain positive relationships with others in a friendly and respectful manner; ability to read, write and understand English; ability to perform multiple projects/tasks simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy.

Compensation: $86,000 - $105,100. Eligible for yearly bonus.
