As part of our Customer Service team, you’ll play a critical role in supporting both internal and external customers by managing parts orders, solving problems, and ensuring every interaction reflects the excellence Kustom is known for.

What You’ll Do:

Provide expert support to customers and colleagues with parts-related inquiries

Accurately quote, process, and track customer parts orders

Handle calls and emails with a professional, positive attitude

Create purchase orders and manage inventory to fulfill customer needs

Process credit card payments and maintain financial accuracy

Maintain detailed and organized reports and documentation

Ensure quality control of outgoing parts shipments

Read and interpret parts and assembly drawings to provide informed service

Collaborate with your team to continuously improve service processes

What We’re Looking For:

Education and Experience High school diploma required; associate degree preferred

Minimum 2 years of clerical or customer service experience preferred

Skills and Qualifications Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal

Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail

Ability to handle pressure and juggle multiple priorities

Quick learner with a willingness to grow and take on new responsibilities

Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Comfort with data entry and the ability to learn KSI-specific software

Confident phone presence and a customer-first mindset

Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit

Basic math and technical aptitude for interpreting parts and pricing

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a quiet, climate-controlled environment
