Shift:Day Shift: Monday - Friday from 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Overtime as required after hours/Saturdays, as necessary.)
Starting Pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour

- Operate woodworking equipment including saws, planers, routers, sanders, profilers, and other machinery.
- Cut, shape, drill, sand, and fabricate wood components for cabinetry.
- Verify measurements and ensure products meet quality specifications.
- Set up and make adjustments to machinery as needed.
- Retrieve, stack, and prepare lumber and wood materials for production.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Work closely with teammates to meet daily production goals while maintaining Bridgewood's quality standards.
- Gluing and operation of clamps to build doors.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequent use of hands and arms to operate machinery and handle materials.
- Regular lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent lifting of larger wood products (up to 100 pounds or more with assistance or appropriate equipment).
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the workday.
