Structural Welder / Pipe Welder

Penmac Staffing is hiring experienced Structural Welders and Pipe Welders for immediate openings. These full-time positions offer steady hours, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work with a variety of welding processes and steel components in a production environment.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous welding experience required
• Ability to pass an onsite weld test
• Ability to read and interpret welding symbols, blueprints, and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work efficiently and meet production deadlines
• Must be willing to complete a criminal background check and drug screening

• Perform structural and pipe welding using stick, gas, and flux-cored welding processes
• Operate manual, semi-automatic, and automatic welding equipment
• Produce high-quality welds that meet strength, safety, and appearance standards
• Set up and prepare welding jobs with minimal supervision
• Maintain productivity while following company quality and safety requirements

Day Shift: Monday through Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Overtime as needed
