Shift: Day Shift: Monday - Friday from 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Overtime as required after hours/Saturdays, as necessary.)

The object of this position is to produce a high-quality wood product safely and efficiently. We have a variety of hourly production positions that we can explore to determine what department and position best fit your interests, skills, and experience.
Departments- Rough Mill Saw & Chop Saw Machining
- Face Frame Sanding
- Build Drawer
- Finish / Paint
- Quality
- Shipping
Job Duties May Include:
- Operating various woodworking machines and/or heavy machinery
- Operating pneumatic tools such as a sander, drill, nail gun, etc.
- Reviewing customer orders and keeping orders organized while within assigned department
- Ensuring quality assurance while operating within your department
- Operation of paint guns
- Applying finishes/paints when necessary
- Wipe staining
- Assembling wood cabinets and doors
- Loading and shipping the product to the consumer
- Ability to be on your feet for 8+ hours per day
- Ability to use hands to handle the products continuously throughout the day
- Ability to proficiently read a tape measure
- Ability to regularly bend, stoop, kneel, and squat
- Frequently lift and carry up to 10 lbs, regularly up to 25 lbs, occasionally 50 to 100 lbs
- No prior work experience or education is required, but is a plus
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
