THE ROLE:

This role will see you dedicated to a single client – one of the most globally recognised, fashion centric shoe retailers, with activation spanning US, Canada and EMEA. You will sit within a scaled community of performance specialists so will have support to develop quickly, but you will be deeply connected into Arena Media agency culture.

This is an exciting Exec level role, working in Affiliate which is a critical channel for this business. There are significant budgets you will be helping to manage to effectively deliver against ambitious growth  this role, you will primarily support with campaign implementation, optimisation, delivery, and evaluation of affiliate campaigns. As such, you will be pivotal in providing the insight and data needed to drive performance improvements for this client.

You will also be working with different Affiliate Networks and will be a key conduit in maintaining and leveraging these relationships.

As you develop, you will gain client exposure through weekly / monthly meetings and will have the chance to feed into roadmaps and strategic plans. Arena will provide all the training and support you will need to succeed in this role and will map out a clear development path for you when you join the team.

Align with advertiser support to make sure that all support tasks, such as newsletters, banner upload etc. are done efficiently and accurately. Implement tracking requirements across affiliate campaigns. DESIRABLE

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Previous experience in performance media desirable but not essential.

Good numeracy skills and comfortable working in spreadsheets. Excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritise workload. Ability to work under pressure and fastidious attention to detail.
