Typical RN responsibilities in LTC and skilled nursing settings, including assessments, medication and treatment oversight, documentation, care coordination, and responding to changes in resident condition.
What we expect:- Comfort working independently across different facilities
- Dependable availability and professional follow-through
- 30-60 minute travel is strongly recommended and often required
- Greater travel flexibility gives you access to more shift opportunities
- At least 6 months of recent RN experience required
- Current BLS/CPR or willingness to obtain it
- Reliable transportation
- Current TB testing: 1-step TB test, IGRA, or chest X-ray
