• Licensure:
  Current state administrator licensure required.
• Education:
  
  A bachelor's degree is required. Relevant fields of study often include Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Gerontology, or a related discipline. This degree provides a foundation in healthcare management and leadership.
• Experience:
  
  Must be at least 18 years of age and have a strong track record of successfully managing, leading, and developing teams in a senior living management role.
