** You will be responsible for:
*** Delivering groceries in a fully equipped van and providing exceptional customer-first service.
* Working with the online shopping team and customer service center to resolve customer service recovery situations involving returns, refunds, etc.
* Achieving operational standards for the Online Shopping Department.
* Operating the delivery vehicle safely adhering to the rules of the road.
* Maintaining the delivery vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness and roadworthiness.
* Other duties as assigned.
** You have:
*** A valid, full class 5 provincial driver’s license from BC.
* A clean driver’s abstract.
* Experience in a customer service-related role.
* A strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude.
* Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, prolonged sitting, bending, climbing, pushing, and making deliveries in all weather conditions, both day and night.
* Proficiency in using mobile technology, including GPS applications and smartphones.
