100% Remote Senior Tax Associate Opportunity w/ Mid-Size CPA

Our client is Mid-Size CPA Firm based in Chapel Hill, NC who are actively looking for a Senior Tax Associate to join their growing team on a 100% Remote Basis
. This role offers the chance to manage clients independently, work across diverse industries, and advance your career in a collaborative, family-friendly environment with flexible work-life-balance (see hours below).

While the position is Fully Remote, the firm will only consider candidates physically based in North Carolina and the southeastern Region

• Base Salary: $100,000 to $110,000
• 401k at a 5% Match

  Flexible Time Off - The Firm encourages employees to take at least 3 weeks off, but individuals can take as much time as reasonably needed.

  Post April 15th for the next 4 weeks, employees are offered a 36 Hour work week with Fridays Off then after those 4 weeks, the office closes at 12:30pm on Friday.
• Billable Hours
  :
  The firm has one of the lowest budget billable hours per staff with Manager at 1400 Hours and Senior/Associates at 1600 Hours.

• 3+ years of business tax prep & review experience
• CPA/EA license or pursuing preferred.
• Experience with auto dealerships a plus.
