** Description*
* Performs a variety of administrative functions in support of the Front End Operations department such as reporting, supporting clinics in alignment with FEO best practices, and support/on-board new staff, and various administrative activities

** Description of Responsibilities:*
* 1. Manages all administrative functions to support the Front End Operations team including calendar management, creating reports, slide presentations, spreadsheets, organizes meetings and retreats, distribution of information to the department and other entities as needed, manages department email and calendar, and assigned to other projects to provide administrative support as needed.

2. Responsible for reporting of Front End Operations KPIs and other applicable reports as needed. Partner with FEO leadership for support on projects and iniativies and serves as liaison between groups as needed for resolution. Create and distribute all reports, slides, and updates with necessary parties.

3. Develops, revises and maintains FEO standard operating procedures in conjunction with leadership to be used in all areas with Front End Operations staff.

4. Assists in coordinating onboarding of all new FEO staff including registering staff for trainings, ordering uniforms, and providing administrative support to the operational training team.

5. Performs departmental or program purchasing administrative functions to include researching and recommending supplies and equipment to supervisor, expediting purchase orders and requisitions, and approving operational expenditures.

6. Performs all other administrative tasks as required. Proficiency with MS Office programs is necessary.
