The Construction Supervisor / Construction Runner reports directly to the Residential Construction Project Manager and plays a vital role in ensuring assigned projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Storm Guard’s quality standards.
You will support active residential roofing and construction projects by coordinating materials, assisting with site oversight, communicating with subcontractors, and helping resolve job‑site or customer‑related issues. This position requires regular travel to local job sites and hands‑on involvement in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Support and report directly to the Residential Construction Project Manager
- Assist in overseeing day‑to‑day roofing and construction operations
- Communicate clearly and professionally with subcontractors, team members, and customers
- Ensure job sites meet Storm Guard quality, safety, and workmanship standards
- Deliver materials to job sites and remove leftover materials upon completion
- Identify and communicate potential quality or safety concerns proactively
- Monitor compliance with job‑site safety plans and company procedures
- Assist with customer service issues and help ensure a positive customer experience
- Support reporting, documentation, and clerical tasks related to completed jobs
- Participate in company initiatives and special projects as needed
- Experience in roofing, siding, or construction (preferred but not required)
- Fluent in Spanish (required)
- Valid Driver’s License (required)
- Strong work ethic with a “get it done” attitude
- Coachable, team‑oriented, and eager to learn
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
