We’re seeking a Construction Estimator to help continue grow our estimating and preconstruction efforts at our Raleigh, NC location.

About the Role

As a Construction Estimator, you’ll play a pivotal role in the success and growth of our Raleigh office. This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to shape the future of our preconstruction team and grow into a Preconstruction Leader as our presence in the region expands.

You’ll be responsible for leading estimating, bidding, and preconstruction processes, working closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure exceptional project outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an experienced professional who:

• Has a proven track record in estimating ground-up or renovation construction projects within the Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Retail or Multifamily sectors.
• Possesses in-depth knowledge of preconstruction processes, cost analysis, and subcontractor management.
• Excels at building and nurturing relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and exhibits strong leadership potential.
