Salary: $120,000–$150,000 base

Join a well-established mid-sized General Contractor that delivers a wide range of commercial projects, with a strong focus on K-12 and Higher Education. Typical project values range from $30M–$40M, although they have successfully delivered projects exceeding $100M+.

Due to a strong backlog of work ($400mil+) and continued growth, we are looking to add an experienced Construction Superintendent to our Triangle region.

• $120,000–$150,000 base salary
• 100% Employee-Owned (ESOP) – Every employee has the opportunity to become an owner of the business through the company's ESOP. Employees hired this year will be enrolled and vested in January 2027.
• Company vehicle or $800 monthly vehicle allowance
• Annual bonus of approximately 20–25% of base salary

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent with a General Contractor
• Experience delivering ground-up K-12 and/or Higher Education projects valued at $25M+
• Stable employment history demonstrating long-term commitment and career progression
