Green Beagle Lodge is looking for Part-Time Client Care Representatives to join our Client Care team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships with people and their pets, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

All team members complete a structured orientation and industry-specific training program, followed by hands‑on experience designed to build confidence and strengthen dog‑handling, customer service, and operational skills.

ScheduleThis is a part‑time, flexible position with opportunities for weekday and partial weekend shifts. We are specifically looking for team members who can work early morning opening shifts, evening closing shifts, and/or partial weekend shifts.
This role is a great fit for someone looking to work around school, another job, or other personal commitments. We are happy to work with candidates to find a consistent schedule that fits their availability while meeting the needs of the business. Some flexibility with days and times is appreciated, and reliability with your committed schedule is essential.
Responsibilities- Welcome clients and their pets with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Schedule reservations and accurately manage client accounts.
- Check dogs in and out for daycare, boarding, grooming, and training services.
- Answer questions and educate clients about our services, policies, and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure client information is up to date.
- Assist with retail sales and service recommendations.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and front office.
- Work closely with the Pet Care, Grooming, and Training teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Handle behaviorally challenged dogs to support successful check‑in and check‑out experiences.
Ideal candidates bring a genuine passion for animals, a positive attitude, and a commitment to creating an exceptional experience for every client. The work is fast‑paced and requires excellent communication, organization, and the ability to multitask while interacting with dogs ranging from 5 to 150 pounds.
Qualifications- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Reliable, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of dog health and behavior is a plus.
- Comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments.
- Passion for dogs and pet care is a huge plus!

- An in‑person interview to meet the department manager and tour the facility.
- An offer letter detailing position, compensation, and employment terms.
- Orientation and training classes covering company policies, procedures, dog body language, and behavior.
