Position Summary
Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology Variable Track, Assistant or Associate Maternal Fetal Medicine Professor will care for inpatient and outpatient obstetrics patients and provide administrative, clinical, quality and educational leadership for the obstetrics ultrasound unit.
Clinical:
High‑risk obstetric care, perinatal consultation, prenatal diagnosis, ultrasound, genetic services, fetal therapy, and perinatal outreach;
Division faculty members participate in UNC’s Collaborative for Maternal and Infant Health ((Use the "Apply for this Job" box below).), which provides multidisciplinary care coordination for families referred for fetal malformations.
Academic:
Actively participate in student and resident teaching and provide subspecialty training for six Maternal Fetal Medicine fellows through its 3‑year American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology (ABOG) approved fellowship program.
Research:
Contribute to the division's research mission.
