Role Description: UNC Kenan-Flagler is seeking a Professor of Ethics for a Clinical Track, Open Rank position. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chapel Hill, NC. The professor will teach undergraduate and graduate-level courses in ethics, contribute to curriculum development, mentor and support students in their academic and professional growth, and engage in service activities that benefit the department, school, and university.
The position also offers opportunities for collaboration with other faculty members and participation in research initiatives and professional organizations.

- Experience in contributing to university and departmental service activities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences
- Ph.D. in OB, HRM, Social Psychology, or a closely related field
- Experience in teaching at the university level is preferred
