Job Description: Provide academic support and guidance to students in grades K-12 during after-school hours. Assist students with homework, clarify concepts, and reinforce learning objectives. Create a positive and engaging learning environment. Collaborate with school staff and parents to ensure students' educational needs are met. Encourage and motivate students to maximize their potential. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate individual learning styles.
Monitor student progress and communicate updates to parents/guardians. Maintain a safe and organized classroom. Foster a love for learning among students.
