Purpose Of Organizational Unit

The UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy ((Use the "Apply for this Job" box below).) is one of six health science schools (Pharmacy, Nursing, Dentistry, Social Work, Public Health, Medicine) at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is one of the oldest health science academic programs at Chapel Hill. Position Summary

The Business Operations Officer will provide comprehensive administrative support for the Center for Nanotechnology in Drug Delivery within the Division of Molecular Pharmaceutics. Responsibilities include purchasing, procurement, contract administration, general administrative services – facilities and space management, safety, property oversight, as well as human resources services as needed by the Director and/or PI to support related projects. This position holds day‑to‑day management authority over Center‑related management of grants, budgeting, and financial operations, including billing and monitoring payments for the Center’s core facilities.
