, we’re hiring both Lead and Assistant Toddler Teachers to join a structured, supportive team where you’re never left to figure it out alone. Toddlers are wonderful — and they’re busy. We believe teachers deserve real support, clear routines, and leadership that steps in when needed.

• $15+/hour (based on role, experience & credentials)
• Monday–Friday | 8-hour shifts |
  No nights or weekends
• 7–15 days PTO

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• North Carolina Early Childhood Credential (NCECC) or equivalent preferred
• Early childhood experience preferred (not required)
• Warm, patient, and dependable personality
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• Reliable transportation to Chapel Hill, NC
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs for child safety
