This is a full-time, on-site role for a Teacher at Chapel Hill Day Care Center, located in Chapel Hill, NC. The Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing effective lessons aligned with the center's evidence-based curriculum. Day‑to‑day tasks include engaging children in meaningful learning and developmental activities, creating a safe and inclusive environment, and collaborating with colleagues and families. The Teacher will also play a key role in the professional development of assistants and participate in regular staff training programs.

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Education-related practices
• Strong Communication and Teaching skills to effectively engage with children and collaborate with families
• Experience in Training and mentoring assistants or supporting team learning
• Ability to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
• Relevant certifications in early childhood education or a degree in Education or related fields
• Familiarity with evidence-based curriculum and early childhood development techniques
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
