The Teacher will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Goddard's industry-leading Quality Assurance standards. Lead & Assistant Teachers will implement Goddard's Wonder of learning curriculum based on Goddard Developmental Guidelines and monthly school themes. Most importantly, they create a positive learning environment in their classroom where children develop a lifelong love of learning!

• BA/BS preferred but AAS/AA/AS required
• Minimum 2 years experience in a licensed center
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
• Multi tasking, Open minded, Willingness to learn and lead. Some experience using technology
• Strong written and communication skills
• SIDS, CPR and First AIR
