Position Summary
This position may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement that may include a partially remote work location, consistent with System Office policy. UNC Chapel Hill employees are generally required to reside within a reasonable commuting distance of their assigned duty station.
The Associate Director of Healthcare Student Programs in the UNC Center for the Business of Health ( CBOH ) will lead Residential and Professional MBA students coaching and will also support growing programs and student opportunities within the CBOH at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. This role will support graduate level students at UNC Kenan-Flagler who are seeking jobs in the health sector.
The Associate Director plans and delivers career planning and job search programming to MBA students in small group formats, workshops, large classroom presentations, in-person and virtual. This position is also responsible for 1-on-1 and small group career coaching. The Associate Director will also manage and participate in career management-related initiatives and events throughout the year.
Additionally, the Associate Director will work with leadership within the CBOH to manage and grow existing CBOH co-curricular student programs including CBOH Career Networks and MBA Healthcare Club support.
