Job Title:
Automation Engineer (Pharma | GMP)

Are you an experienced DeltaV Automation Engineer looking to make an impact in a regulated pharmaceutical environment? We’re hiring a DeltaV Specialist with strong knowledge of Emerson’s DeltaV DCS, GMP compliance, and batch automation to join our high-performing team.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, configure, and support Emerson DeltaV control systems for pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
• Work across cross-functional teams to develop and implement GMP-compliant automation solutions
• Lead and contribute to project lifecycle deliverables: URS, FDS, SDS, FAT, SAT, commissioning, and validation
• Support batch process automation (ISA-88) and recipe development within the DeltaV system
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain system performance in line with GAMP5 and 21 CFR Part 11 standards
• Author and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and change control records
• Collaborate with Quality, Validation, and IT teams to ensure data integrity and compliance

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, or related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with DeltaV in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment
• Proven knowledge of GMP, GAMP5, and electronic records compliance
• Experience with batch automation, alarm management, and lifecycle documentation
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Bonus:
  DeltaV Certification, experience with MES/ERP integration, or DeltaV version upgrades
