Integrate hardware, software, and autonomy into cohesive robotic systems. As a Robotics Engineer at Blue Sky Robotics, you'll bridge the gap between mechanical systems and intelligent software, creating robots that can perceive, decide, and act in complex real-world environments. You'll be instrumental in bringing our vision-enabled systems from prototype to production.
What You'll Do- Design and implement motion planning and control algorithms
- Integrate perception systems with robot control for autonomous operation
- Develop and tune robot behaviors for specific applications
- Collaborate with mechanical and software teams on system integration
- Test and validate robotic systems in lab and field environments
- BS/MS in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science
- 3+ years of experience in robotics development
- Strong background in kinematics, dynamics, and control theory
- Experience with ROS/ROS2 and robotics simulation tools
- Proficiency in Python and C++ for robotics applications
