The role focuses on PFMEA, standard work, and lean initiatives to cut cycle time and costs while improving safety and quality across the engine assembly operation.
You will apply AutoCAD and layout/simulation tools, analyze data, and support value stream mapping and new line introductions to validate processes before scaling to production.
