P6 Scheduler

An innovative technology company is seeking an experienced P6 Scheduler to support the planning and execution of large-scale capital and R&D projects. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, analyzing schedule performance, and providing critical insights to project leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
  .
• Manage baseline schedules, critical paths, milestones, dependencies, and schedule logic.
• Track project progress and analyze schedule variances, delays, and trends.
• Perform schedule forecasting and identify potential impacts to project timelines.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, construction, and operations teams.
• Support earned value management (EVMS) and schedule performance reporting.
• Conduct schedule risk analysis and develop recovery schedules when necessary.
• Provide scheduling reports and actionable insights to project leadership.
• Support change management and ensure schedule changes are accurately incorporated.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on Primavera P6 experience.
• Experience developing and managing complex project schedules.
• Strong understanding of critical path methodology, schedule logic, and schedule forecasting.
• Experience with project controls, earned value, or cost-loaded schedules.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Must be a U.S. person and able to obtain and maintain an NRC/DOE Q-level clearance

• Experience supporting large-scale CAPEX, energy, industrial, or infrastructure projects
  .
• Experience with EVMS, schedule risk analysis, and cost forecasting
  .
• Experience with Microsoft Project and advanced Excel.
• Experience in the nuclear or energy industry
  .
• PMI, AACE, or other relevant project controls certification.
