Who We’re Looking For:

Experienced Professionals: You have significant experience supporting clients with complex care needs, including manual handling, hoisting, and transfers.
Qualified & Certified: Essential qualifications include a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent), a current National Police Check, and a First Aid/CPR Certificate. Nursing and Paramedicine students are also encouraged to apply!
Additional Requirements: A valid driver’s licence, NDIS Workers Screening Card, Blue Card, and Right to Work in Australia.
Compassionate & Reliable: You bring warmth, empathy, and a strong commitment to client-centered care.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Personal Care & ADLs: Assist clients with daily living tasks, hygiene, and mobility support.
  • Community Access & Transportation: Help clients maintain independence and social connections.
  • Domestic Support: Light cleaning, meal preparation, and household assistance.
  • Companionship: Build meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.

Where You’ll Work: We provide care across Ipswich, including Laidley, Ripley, Karana Downs, and Redbank Plains. A willingness to travel is essential.
Competitive Pay: Earn $38.76 per hour + 11.5% superannuation. We also reimburse travel costs between shifts and during shifts.
