Bayada Home Health Care - Up to $17.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse to provide personal care, household support, and companion care at home;
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care;
Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making; assist with meal preparation and feeding;
Assist with ambulation and transfers (using mechanical lifting devices) and perform range-of-motion exercises;
Provide medication reminders
