Job Details:

• IR, NIR and vascular experience required

• Siemens experience preferred

• Local candidates will be reviewed first

• Schedule patients for hospital transportation and coordinate with various departments

• Create procedural orders and confirm patient identity and consent

• Maintain procedure documentation and input necessary procedural information

• Operate specialized imaging equipment including single plane and bi-plane digital imaging systems, ultrasound, CT scan, IVUS, power injector, and various other diagnostic equipment

• Provide high-quality multi-modality imaging support during interventional procedures

• Perform portable interventional procedures and support other clinical partners

• Complete image post-processing and quality assurance

• Perform systems checks and quality control testing on equipment

• Assist interventional proceduralist as first assist with sterile technique

• Monitor patient condition and assist with hemodynamic monitoring

• Practice radiation protection protocols for patients and staff

• Required certifications: ARRT registry, BLS or ACLS certification

• Must maintain registry status and continuing education requirements annually

• Required education:
Accredited Associate's Degree or completion of accredited Radiologic Sciences Program
