As a Direct Support Shift Leader, you'll be at the heart of our mission. You'll work in a warm, supportive group home environment, where your main focus will be on ensuring the safety, happiness, and well‑being of our residents. Whether you're helping with daily activities, coordinating schedules, or providing vital clinical support, you'll be making a real difference in the lives of those you care for.

• Be a Lifeline: Offer compassionate support during the evening hours, assisting residents with personal care, medication management, and daily routines.
• Handle Challenges with Grace: Respond calmly and effectively to any medical or behavioral issues, following our proven protocols.
• Create Joy: Encourage residents to engage in social activities, learn new skills, and participate in fun, recreational opportunities.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly: Work closely with healthcare professionals, case managers, and families to provide seamless, coordinated care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident activities, incidents, and any interventions in their records.
• Ensure a Safe Space: Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by performing light housekeeping and conducting regular safety inspections.

• You have a high school diploma or equivalent (experience in a caregiving role is a plus!).
• You're a great communicator, able to connect with people from all walks of life.
