RSI Community is currently seeking dedicated professionals to join our team as supervisors in providing clinical support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and supervise the employees in a community-based residential setting.

Job Summary:
- Coordinating the development of residents' daily schedules within a home setting, in alignment with their Individual Support Plans.
- Providing support and supervision to empower RSI residents in leading self-directed lives and actively participating in their home and community environments.
- Cultivating a welcoming and professional work environment, serving as a positive role model for residents and staff.
- Promoting the health, safety, and overall well-being of all residents.
- Providing supervision to employees, which includes hiring and evaluating staff members.
- Upholding and promoting RSI's Mission, Vision, Values, and Policies & Procedures.
- Ensuring proper care and maintenance of assigned buildings, grounds, and vehicles.
- Bachelor's Degree in a field related to human services, along with a minimum of two years of supervised experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, as well as supervisory experience and a valid driver's license.
- OR
- Bachelor's Degree in a field unrelated to developmental disabilities, with a minimum of four years of supervised experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, as well as supervisory experience and a valid driver's license.
