RSI Community is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) to live full, meaningful lives. We are currently hiring Direct Support Professionals to support individuals in residential group home settings.
If you are compassionate, reliable, and looking for meaningful work, we would love to meet you. Experience is a plus, but not required - we provide paid training and ongoing support.
Pay and Benefits- Hourly pay: $14.50 - $16.50
- Hiring bonus: $600 - $2,000
- Weekend and awake overnight pay differentials

- Full-Time Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM
- Tues-Sat or Sun-Thu
- Weekdays: 2:30 PM-9:00 PM
- Weekend Day: 8:00 AM-8:00 PM
- 10:00 PM-8:00 AM
- 10:30 PM-8:30 AM
- 9:30 PM-9:00 AM
Part‑time positions available. Great opportunity for students, parents, or those seeking supplemental income.
Job Responsibilities- Assist individuals with personal care, hygiene, and medication administration
- Support participation in social and recreational activities
- Respond calmly and professionally to medical or behavioral needs
- Maintain a clean and safe home environment
- Work collaboratively with team members, families, and healthcare professionals
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Caregiving or IDD experience preferred but not required
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn and grow
