Oversees all aspects of a banquet or event, including set-up, food presentation, serving, and cleanup.;
Trains and coaches banquet staff; conducts regular staff meetings to keep colleagues informed.;
Coordinates with other departments to arrange for the delivery of requested services and maintains communication with kitchen staff.;
Ensures proper setup of tables, buffet tables, and service sequences for each event; supervises post-function cleanup.;
Reviews scheduling and labor needs to maximize efficiency and works with the Executive Chef to stock inventories.
