Insight Global is seeking an OT/IT Cyber Security Senior Engineer to protect the firm's global IT infrastructure and networking processes. This role requires extensive cyber security and Operational Technology experience, including securing and ensuring compliance of systems and networks in both manufacturing and IT, and leading the deployment of a new OT environment. The Senior Engineer will manage interactions between site engineers and IT and OT teams, lead security awareness trainings, conduct vulnerability scans, assess risks, and execute remediation plans.

Responsibilities also include designing, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining firewalls, and developing network segmentation strategies. The engineer will handle IT security engineering tasks such as designing and maintaining monitoring solutions to detect suspicious activities, overseeing Active Directory management, managing Cloud services (AWS & Azure), and applying security patches and updates to manufacturing systems and devices in collaboration with IT and OT teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of cyber security and Operational Technology security experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing background
• Firewall, Vulnerability, Vendor, and Compliance Management
• Access Control
• Cloud services security monitoring and design (AWS & Azure)
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Xona technology experience
• Industry Security certifications (SANS, CISSP)
• Experience with implementing NIST Cyber Security Framework
