• Provide expertise in the Workday Financials product suite.
• Lead or support gathering and documenting client business requirements, designing and configuring the solution, demonstrating configurations via prototype systems, assisting in testing, and completing knowledge transfer to clients.
• Work with client/data conversion teams to securely convert legacy data into Workday.
• Lead discovery and FDM sessions with new Workday clients, guiding setup of Chart of Accounts and organizational structure.
• Ensure compatibility of functional solutions with downstream data extraction and translation; advise integrators on configuration of functional business processes and objects with integrated dependencies; provide test scenario examples and demonstrate functional test case entry.
• Facilitate clients’ adoption of Workday best practices.
• Embody Intecrowd and Workday’s high client satisfaction standards.
• Innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently.
• Provide insightful status reports to project managers highlighting risks and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications; serve as an active member of Workday’s ecosystem.

• Foster proactive communication, escalation, and responsiveness.
• Collaborate effectively on team-based projects.
• Contribute to continuous education of colleagues, mentees, and managers; mentor, train, and develop consultants.
• Resolve complex tasks when teammates need support.
• Demonstrate computational thinking, identifying problem components, analyzing patterns, removing inefficient configurations, and creating scalable algorithmic solutions.
• Serve as a professional role model.

• Current Workday Certifications for FDM and Financial Accounting.
• 4+ years implementing Financial, Procurement, and/or Expense Management solutions.
• CPA or advanced Accounting degree, or equivalent experience.
• Prior consulting experience with a consulting/software company.
• Experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, People Soft, ADP, or similar.
• Project management experience.
• Passion for exceptional customer service.
• Ability to manage timelines and goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Business analysis and requirements gathering proficiency.
• Quick learning of technology through instruction and self‑training.
• Experience deploying multiple financial projects simultaneously (plus).
• Expected travel +/-30% depending on project(s).
