Summary
This Technology Support Technician-Advanced position will support and enhance the secure, efficient, and compliant use of technology across Kenan-Flagler Business School by serving as a technical and information security resource within the School’s IT organization. This role provides advanced support for Microsoft 365 administration including configuration, policy deployment, data governance, and user enablement and ensures that cloud collaboration platforms such as Teams, SharePoint, and One Drive are optimized for secure and effective academic and business operations.
The position plays a key role in strengthening the School’s information security posture through hands-on participation in risk assessments, security incident response, user onboarding, and awareness initiatives in coordination with the Director of Information Security and the University’s Information Security Office.
