We are seeking a CMOD Consultant to join our team. This role will involve supporting, configuring, and optimizing our IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) environment while managing data ingestion, indexing, and retrieval workflows. The ideal candidate will have experience in IBM CMOD, ODWEK API, IBM Content Navigator (ICN), and Mainframe operations

• Design and develop enterprise-level solutions using IBM CMOD to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.

• Administer and maintain IBM CMOD components, including ARSLOAD processes, application groups, storage sets, caching, and retention policies.

• Integrate and support ODWEK API and IBM Content Navigator (ICN) to optimize document management and user experience.

• Perform L2/L3 support, troubleshooting load issues, indexing failures, and retrieval problems in CMOD and Java-based applications.

• Utilize Mainframe systems to run jobs/reports and write/execute SQL queries in DB2 or Oracle to maintain data integrity and schemas.

• Automate daily tasks and operational processes using shell scripts or other scripting languages across AIX/Linux/Windows environments.

• Hands-on experience in IBM CMOD administration, system tables, indexers, and ARSLOAD processes.

• Demonstrated experience with ODWEK API and IBM Content Navigator (ICN).

• Strong proficiency in Mainframe operations (job/report execution) and SQL (DB2 or Oracle).

• Experience with AIX/Linux/Windows platforms and shell scripting.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and Java-based application support skills.
