Disaster Recovery IT, Business Continuity
Endurance IT Services is seeking experienced Disaster Recovery Consultant to support and enhance enterprise disaster recovery, business continuity, and operational resilience programs. This role is responsible for developing recovery plans, conducting risk assessments and business impact analyses, coordinating disaster recovery testing, and ensuring critical business functions can be restored during disruptions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, maintain, and improve disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and risk assessments.
- Define and support Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPOs).
- Lead disaster recovery exercises, tabletop tests, and recovery validations.
- Partner with technical and business stakeholders to improve recovery readiness.
- Support audits, compliance initiatives, and resilience program governance.
- Provide recommendations for improving organizational recovery capabilities.
- 5+ years of experience in Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, IT Risk, Infrastructure Operations, or a related field.
- Experience developing and executing DR/BCP strategies and testing programs.
- Strong understanding of disaster recovery, business continuity, risk management, RTOs, and RPOs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional)
- EDRP (EC-Council Disaster Recovery Professional)
- ABCP (Associate Business Continuity Professional)
- MBCP (Master Business Continuity Professional)
- ISO 22301 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor
- CDRE (Certified Disaster Recovery Engineer)
